There are 3 way to Zoom in Supermap.

1. On the Left Side select the . Once Selected it will turn Green . Now you can left click anywhere on the map and it will zoom in 1 Zoom level. Click again and it will Zoom in 1 more level.

2. If you have a WHEEL MOUSE. That is a mouse with the little wheel between the 2 buttons, you can roll forward and it will Zoom in or Roll back and it will Zoom out.

3. You can use the Zoom Scale Bar. It is the blue bar on the top left of the screen. You can click on the + or - sysbol to zoom in or zoom out.

4. You can "Grab" the slide bar and move it to the desired Zoom level by placing your mouse on top of the crossbar and holding doen the left mouse button move the crossbar up and down the scale to the desired level/

5. You can "Draw a Box". On the Left Side select the . Once Selected it will turn Green . Then place you mouse in the desired position and hold down the left mouse key and scroll the mouse. You will see a Box drawn on the map. Let go of the left mouse key and the map will zoom to the Box you have created.

There are 2 ways to "Move" the map around.

1. In the TOP left Corner you will see 4 Arrow Buttons. Up, Down, Left and Right. Click each button to move the map in that direction.

2. On the left side click the Hand Icon. When it is "Active" it will turn green. Now you can hold down the left mouse button and move the map in any direction you wish.

On the left hand side you click the Measure Icon When Active it will turn green. Now Left Click the mouse 1 time where you wish to start measureing from you will notice a yellow string with a ball on the end is now attached to your mouse. Move your mouse to where you wish to stop and Double Click. The Distance will appear at the bottom of the Map in the Blue Box marked Distance.

You can also find the distance of a Route. Left click once to start the route then single click at waypoint #1 and single click at waypoint 2 and then double click to end the route. The distance will appear in the blue box at the bottom of the map.

Sure...On the left hand side Click on the Globe and it will ZOOM all the way out and Show Maine to Texas.

On the left hand side click on the Reload Icon and the map will reload.

On the left hand side click on the Print Icon .

Currently we support Internet Exployer 6 and 7 and Firefox 2.

The map does work with IE6 but it must be patched current. Run Windows Update on your machine and bring IE6 up to date that should solve your problems.

99% of ALL issues with the map can be resolved by updateing your Browser. It is a very Cutting Edge tool and requires a Modern Browser to work correctly.

To update Internet Exployer run Window Update on your system.
